The protein of a meal has always been the most important part for me. I can't count the number of times I've heard someone complain about a steak being cooked improperly at a restaurant. Having experienced that myself so many times, I vowed to encompass the expertise of the Rotisseur. From a young age my mom taught me how to cook and paved the pathway for my edible adventure. The older I got, the desire I had to satiate my hunger for culinary knowledge grew. After so many people telling me "You should cook for a living", I decided I wasn't getting any younger, and jumped in headfirst.

My hope is that by having perfected a very integral niche within the catering industry, I can give patrons an experience they've never had before. Hearing "This is the best ____ I've ever had" Is the most addicting phrase to ever have graced my ears.

I pride myself on creating an amazing dining experience for parties of any size. From grilling for a weddings, to a much more intricate and intimate dining experience for a date night in, made just for you and your significant other. Patrons will also receive invitations to private dinners where I am testing new menu items or just sharpening my skills.
